Exceptional Learners Collaborative

Exceptional Learners Collaborative is a group of professionals who collaborate with several school districts in the Chicago area to provide services and accommodations for students in special education.

This project aimed to build a website using Blackboard that communicates what resources are available through ELC for students and their families. It was especially important for the website to be inviting, clean, and accessible.
